Old Major Market is an Artisanal Food Company based in Meridian Kessler. Our main
specialty is the production of sausages and bacon under State and USDA inspection.
We source our proteins from Indiana farmers that sustainably raise their animals
without the use of hormones or antibiotics. All our pork is antibiotic and hormone
free. 99% of the time it comes from Fischer Farms. Chicken is antibiotic and hormone
free, non-gmo and comes from Miller Poultry.

#89459 – Sausage Pork Breakfast Link - Lightly seasoned with black pepper,
coriander, red pepper flake, rubbed sage and parsley. Encased in collage casing
derived from beef.


#89461 – Sausage Chicken Tomato Basil Link - Fresh tomato, fresh basil, black
pepper and garlic, encased in natural hog casing. Light and fresh!


#89471 – Jalapeno Cheddar Bratwurst – Indiana pork seasoned with our special blend
of spices, and then we grind in fresh jalapeno and mix in chunks of sharp white
cheddar. Encased in natural hog casing.


#89467 – Sausage Orange Fennel Link - This is a traditional northern Italian sausage
called Cantalupo. Fresh garlic, fresh orange zest, toasted fennel. Bright fresh sausage
that goes great in red sauce, white sauce, or on a pizza.


#89473 – Pork Sausage w/ Bacon, Gorgonzola, and Pear – Indiana pork blended with
Old Major smoked bacon, gorgonzola cheese, and fresh pear. Encased in natural hog
casing.

#89477 – Spinach Pesto Chicken Sausage – Antibiotic and hormone-free, non-gmo
Indiana chicken thighs seasoned with a spinach pesto made with spinach, walnuts,
garlic, and parmesan.


#89479 – Chicken Bratwurst – A chicken version of our number one selling Wisconsin
Bratwurst for those that prefer a chicken sausage over a pork sausage! Our chicken is
pasture-raised. Encased in natural hog casing.


#89481 – Korean Sausage – We make this Korean-inspired sausage using lightly spicy
kimchi made for us by Metta Gardens (Indiana), gochujang sauce, pickled garlic,
ginger, fresh green onion, and Indiana pork.


#89489 – English Banger Sausage – True to style, this English Banger should please
the Londoner in your life. Made with Indiana pork lightly seasoned with a uniquely
British combination of spices (sage, mace, nutmeg, white pepper, etc.) twice ground
and blended with bread crumbs. This is a light, juicy, flavorful sausage.
